Nikki Jacks appointed to Board Chair
Jacks succeeds Chandra McCormack who retired from the position this summer
Youth With Faces proudly announces Nikki Jacks as its new Board Chair. Jacks succeeds Chandra McCormack who retired from the Chair position after serving in the role with extraordinary leadership and compassion for more than four years.
An Executive Director at Chase, J.P. Morgan’s Consumer Bank, Nikki Jacks has been an active member of the Youth With Faces board since 2020. Jacks holds extensive experience in strategic planning and fundraising, which has been instrumental in the nonprofit’s growth.
“I am profoundly grateful for the outstanding leadership and dedication of both Nikki and Chandra. Their commitment and invaluable contributions have been pivotal in advancing our mission and making a lasting impact on the young people we serve,” said Chris Quadri, CEO of Youth With Faces.
With two decades of experience in marketing and sales strategy roles at J.P. Morgan and product and account management at General Electric, Jacks brings a wealth of expertise to Youth With Faces. Her commitment to service is evident through her extensive volunteer work with children, trafficked women, and individuals facing homelessness.
“I am excited and honored to take on the role of Board Chair,” said Jacks. “I look forward to working with our dedicated team to continue empowering justice-impacted youth and expanding our impact in the community.”
Chandra McCormack, the outgoing Board Chair, is celebrated for her many years of service to Youth With Faces. McCormack was unanimously elected to the role in 2018. Her 30 years of financial leadership across public, private equity, and private companies helped guide Youth With Faces through the challenges of the pandemic and expansion into a new county. She will continue to serve as a board member for Youth With Faces.
“Chandra’s leadership and strategic vision were critical during a transformative period for our organization,” Quadri noted. “Her contributions have left an indelible mark on Youth With Faces.”
In addition to Jacks’ appointment, Youth With Faces welcomed Senta Thomas, Global Human Resources leader for Haynes & Boone, LLP, to the board earlier this year. Thomas brings almost 30 years of experience in Human Resources across multiple sectors. She is also an active volunteer with Jack & Jill of America, Inc., a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
“With the leadership of our incredibly talented board of directors, Youth With Faces is poised to respond to the growing need for effective programs purpose-built for justice-involved youth,” Quadri added. “We are proud of the direction we’re headed and appreciate the individuals who pour into the lives of our students.”
