Youth With Faces volunteers and supporters, Chef Matt Balke and Corey McCombs opened Encina in 2020. Their acclaimed Oak Cliff restaurant is known for its adventurous seasonal menu, as well as Matt and Corey’s support of community. In celebration of Youth With Faces culinary students, this extraordinary group of Dallas chefs will mentor the interns as they work together to create a casual, yet elevated dining experience.
