Chefs’ Dinner for Second Chances

Chef Matt Balke and of Encina will lead the culinary efforts alongside a line-up of local culinary stars  and Youth With Faces Culinary Program Manager, Chef Alexis Baker. This team of talented chefs will combine fresh, local ingredients to create their favorite recipes, while working with and training Youth With Faces student interns.

Long-time volunteers and supporters of Youth With Faces, Chef Matt Balke and seasoned restaurant veteran Corey McCombs, opened Encina in 2020. The highly rated Oak Cliff restaurant is known for its uncomplicated yet adventurous menu with a focus on seasonality and fresh ingredients.
