Our Impact

Life-Changing Programs

Each year, Youth With Faces impacts the lives of more than 350 North Texas youth through programs that include Career Readiness, Culinary Arts, Financial Empowerment, FutureU reentry support and campus enrichment events. We work to break the cycle of incarceration by giving teens access to learning in positive environments with trauma-informed instructors. Our programs help youth learn social skills, employment readiness, and gateway job and future planning skills that help them establish identities as capable young people with something positive to contribute to society.

Reduced Recidivism

Graduates of Youth With Faces programs are less likely to return to the juvenile or criminal justice systems.

Improved Outcomes

The skills that Youth With Faces participants learn set them on a path toward a positive and self-sufficient future. 

Reduced Cost to Society

By keeping these young men and women out of juvenile custody, Youth With Faces is preventing them from becoming chronic offenders and saving taxpayers money.
